hard boiled eggs
cooled and peeled
1
Avocado

Garlic Powder

Cilantro
chopped

Chives

Instructions
Slice the cooled, peeled hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
Add the avocado and mash until smooth and combined with the yolks.
Stir in the garlic powder, chopped cilantro, chives, salt, and pepper.
Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture evenly into the egg white halves.
Sprinkle with paprika and additional chopped cilantro, if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled.
Notes
For the best color and flavor, serve the avocado deviled eggs soon after preparing them.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
