Trim the ends from the Brussels sprouts and cut each sprout in half.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp.
Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the bacon grease.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts reach your desired tenderness.
Remove the lid and return the cooked bacon to the skillet.
Cook uncovered for another 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Brussels sprouts are lightly browned.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm.
