1

Brussel Sprouts
½
teaspoon
Salt
½
teaspoon
Pepper
1
pound
Bacon
½
cup
Brown Sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Trim the ends from the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged outer leaves. Season the sprouts with the salt and black pepper.
Cut each slice of bacon in half. Wrap one half slice of bacon around each Brussels sprout and secure it with a toothpick.
Roll each bacon-wrapped Brussels sprout in the brown sugar, coating the bacon evenly, then place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning the Brussels sprouts halfway through the cooking time, until the bacon is crisp and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
These are best served fresh but you can refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
