Instructions
Prepare the Hot Dogs:
Wrap 1 slice bacon around each of the 6 hot dogs, making sure the bacon does not overlap too much so it cooks evenly.
Secure both ends of the bacon with toothpicks.
Oven Method:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Place the 6 bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the baking sheet.
Bake for 13–16 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the bacon is browned and crispy.
Let the hot dogs rest for 5 minutes.
Remove the toothpicks.
Place each hot dog in a hot dog bun and serve.
Grill Method:
Preheat the grill to 400°F.
Lightly oil the grill grates or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the 6 bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the grill.
Close the lid and cook for 8–12 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and browned.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Remove the toothpicks.
Serve each hot dog on a hot dog bun.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat setting, run it empty for 5 minutes at 400°F.
Lightly oil the air fryer basket.
Place the 6 bacon-wrapped hot dogs in the basket, working in batches if needed.
Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes.
Flip the hot dogs and cook an additional 5–6 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Remove the hot dogs and let rest for 5 minutes.
Remove the toothpicks.
Place each hot dog in a hot dog bun and serve.
