medium frozen precooked shrimp
peeled and devained

minced garlic

paprika

freshly juiced

corn tortillas

red cabbage
shredded

Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 pound medium frozen precooked shrimp, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon minced garlic, ½ teaspoon paprika, and ¼ teaspoon oregano.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the shrimp is heated through.
Stir in the juice from 1 lime.
Warm 12 corn tortillas.
Divide the cooked shrimp evenly between the tortillas.
Top the tacos with shredded red cabbage, 1 sliced jalapeno, ¼ cup chopped cilantro, and ½ cup cojita cheese.
Serve with your favorite taco sides and enjoy!
