Wheel of Brie
12-14 oz

Honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place 1 wheel of brie (12-14 ounces) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons honey evenly over the top of the brie.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft and warmed through.
To check for doneness, gently press the center of the brie. The center should feel very soft.
Move the cheese to a serving platter. Then serve with crackers and fruit and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is soft.
