Wheel of Brie 12-14 oz
¼
cup
Jelly
or preserves or jam, flavor of your choice

Tablespoons
Chopped Pecans

Honey
Crackers

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet.
Using a sharp knife, score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern, cutting about ½ inch deep.
Spread the jam or preserves evenly over the top of the brie.
In a small bowl, toss the chopped pecans with the honey until evenly coated.
Spoon the honey-coated pecans over the jam.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the brie is very soft and warmed through.
Carefully transfer the baked brie to a serving platter.
Serve immediately with crackers.
Notes
Any flavor of jelly, jam, or preserves can be used.
Chopped almonds, walnuts, pistachios, or pumpkin seeds can be substituted for the pecans.
