Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use a sharp knife to make a criss cross pattern onto the top of the brie approximately 1/2 inch deep into the brie.
Top the brie with the jelly.
Toss the pecans and honey in a small bowl until the pecans are coated with the honey.
Place the pecans on top of the jelly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft. The cheese should feel very soft in the center to the touch.
Move the cheese to a serving platter. Then serve with your favorite type of crackers and enjoy!
Notes
Any flavor of jelly or jam works great in this recipe. You can also use sliced almonds, walnuts, pistachios or pumpkin seeds instead of pecans if you prefer.
