1cupHoney Barbecue Sauce(I used low sugar but regular will work)
1canPineapple Chunks(20 oz can, drained)
2tsp Olive oil
½tspSalt
½tsppepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees G.
Spray a 9x13 pan with non stick spray.
Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons olive oil, then season with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Top the chicken with 1 can (20 ounces) drained pineapple chunks. Pour 1 cup honey barbecue sauce evenly over the chicken and pineapple.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Serve warm with the pineapple and sauce spooned over the chicken.
Notes
Refrigerate any leftover chicken in an air tight container for up to 5-6 days.
