Ingredients
3
boneless skinless chicken breasts
¼
cup
Balsamic vinegar
¼
cup
water

brown sugar
Pepper
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle in approximately 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Filet 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts in half horizontally to make them thinner, or pound them to an even thickness.
Place in the skillet and season with pepper. Allow to brown
Flip and allow to brown again.
Add ? cup brown sugar, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, and ¼ cup water to the skillet. Stir gently around the chicken and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Cover the skillet and simmer for 10–15 minutes, flipping the chicken occasionally to coat it in the sauce.
Continue cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the lid and cook for a few more minutes until most of the liquid has reduced and the chicken is coated in the balsamic glaze.
Serve warm with your favorite side dishes and enjoy.
