In a small mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 cup water, 1 Tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper until combined.
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
Secure the lid and move the valve to the Sealing position.
Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and set the cooking time to 12 minutes on High Pressure.
When the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
Carefully release any remaining pressure and remove the lid.
Transfer the pork tenderloin to a cutting board and slice into serving portions.
Spoon or brush the balsamic sauce from the Instant Pot over the sliced pork.

Note: If you want your sauce to be thicker, remove the pork and switch the instant pot to the sauté setting. Stir together 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of water together in a small bow. Whisk this cornstarch slurry into the instant pot and cook until the sauce has thickened to your preference.
