Ingredients
For the Beef and Vegetables:

Round Steak
(cut into 1/4 inch strip)

(peeled and thinly sliced)

(chopped into small pieces)

minced garlic

For the Stir Fry Sauce:

water

soy sauce

rice vinegar

sesame oil

Instructions
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup water, ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 Tbsp brown sugar and 1 Tbsp cornstarch.
Set the sauce aside.
Cook the Beef:
Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add 2 lbs round steak strips and cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through.
Cook the Vegetables:
Reduce the heat slightly and add 1 sliced red bell pepper, 2 thinly sliced carrots and 1 cup chopped broccoli.
Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in 1 tsp minced garlic and ¼ tsp ground ginger.
Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
Finish the Stir Fry by pouring the prepared stir fry sauce into the skillet.
Stir to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp sesame seeds and 3 sliced green onions.
Serve immediately on its own or over cooked rice.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
