- 2 lbs beef, cut into ¼ inch strip
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thick
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced thick
- ½ white onion, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
How to Make Beef Stir Fry:
In a large skillet, saute the beef in the oil for about 10 minutes.
Add in the peppers, onion, carrots, water, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and sesame oil.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the peppers are soft.

Now this recipe calls for sliced bell peppers and onions sliced thickly. However, if you have children that are picky sometimes that won’t work.
If you need to dice the veggies thin so that the kids will eat them, that is totally fine as well.
