Try this delicious crock pot spaghetti sauce recipe that you can make just by tossing everything in your crockpot. Crockpot spaghetti sauce is so easy!
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb Italian ground sausage with ½ onion (chopped) and 1 tablespoon minced garlic until the meat is fully cooked.
Drain off any excess fat from the skillet.
Transfer the meat mixture to the slow cooker.
Add 4 cans crushed tomatoes (15 oz each), 2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz each), 1 can tomato paste (6 oz), 2 bay leaves, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, and ½ cup beef broth to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
Remove the bay leaves before serving. Serve the sauce over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
