Ingredients

white american cheese

milk
maybe more if you want it thinner

unsalted butter

4 oz can of green chili's

cumin

garlic salt

Instructions
Add the white American cheese, milk, and butter to a saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
Stir in the drained green chiles, cumin, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper.
If the queso is too thick, add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tortillas, or your favorite Mexican dishes.
