Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Open 2 cans biscuits and separate into 20 total biscuits.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and press each biscuit down to flatten slightly.
Spread 1 ½ cups pizza sauce evenly onto the biscuits.
Top each biscuit with 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese total and 60 slices pepperoni total, about 3 pepperoni slices per biscuit.
Cook for 9 to 12 minutes, until the biscuits are beginning to brown on the outside edges. Allow the pizzas to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and then move to a plate or rack to cool completely.
