If there is one thing my family loves it is PIZZA!! If I tell the kids we are having pizza for dinner the kids scream with joy. However, I hate having the same old pizza over and over, so this easy mini pepperoni pizzas recipe really jazzes pizza night up.

Our kids love biscuit pizzas and I bet yours will too! This biscuit pizza recipe is a winner all around, because the kids can make it with you. They love it and there is hardly any work to do.  We also like this flatbread pizza recipe, Pepperoni Roll Recipe or Taco Pizza Recipe.

Why You’ll Love Biscuit Pizza

Biscuit Pizza is a fluffy, buttery biscuit crusts topped with sauce, gooey cheese, and your favorite toppings. All the pizza-night flavor with half the effort. Canned biscuit dough bakes up tender, golden brown and buttery with crisp edges, and the mini size means everyone customizes their own.

It’s kid-approved, budget-friendly, and ready in about 20 minutes. Fast weeknight mini pizzas or a fun party bar! We suggest you double the recipe as leftovers are just as good.

How to Make Biscuit Pizzas

Step 1 – First, flatten your cans of biscuits onto a cookie sheet. If you want, I recommend using these baking mats, to make cleanup easy. I use the baking sheets all the time and I love them.

Step 2 – Top with pizza sauce – I use our homemade pizza sauce recipe because I can make it in minutes for a fraction of the cost of store bought.

Step 3 – Add your favorite toppings. Our family loves pepperoni and cheese but you can also add any other favorite toppings. Make sure you also read our post on how we freeze cheese to save money. Finally, bake and enjoy topped with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.

These turned out really good. I halved the biscuit dough and next time I will separate it in 3 pieces for thinner crust. Used crushed bacon and basil with 7 Italian cheeses. Easy and fast and certainly an inexpensive dinner! Thank you. Freezing the leftovers.
