Hawaiian Roll Pizza Sliders recipe

Our family goes crazy for this easy sliders recipe and it is the perfect recipe for watching football, hanging out on a Sunday afternoon, a fun party, or really just because. Throw in a salad and dinner is done!

Ingredients you need for pizza sliders:

  • 1 package (12) Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce (try our easy Homemade Pizza Sauce Recipe)
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup cooked & crumbled sausage
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

How to make Hawaiian Roll Pizza sliders recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut the tops off of the Hawaiian rolls making mini buns.
  3. Place the bottoms of the rolls onto a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the pizza sauce over the  bottom of the roll and spread out.
  5. Place 6 slices of mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Place 24 slices of pepperoni on the the rolls, about 2 on top of each mini sandwich.
  7. Then sprinkle crumbled sausage over the pepperoni.
  8. Top with the remaining 12 slices of mozzarella cheese.
  9. Place the top of the sandwiches on top.
  10. In a small bowl combine the melted butter, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
  11. Brush over the rolls with a silicone pastry brush.
  12. Cover with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated and all the cheese is melted.
  13. Allow to cool slightly and serve. They will not last long!
