Cut the tops off 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian dinner rolls to make mini buns.
Place the bottoms of the rolls onto a baking dish.
Spoon ¾ cup pizza sauce over the bottom of the rolls and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Place 24 slices pepperoni on the rolls, about 2 slices on each mini sandwich.
Sprinkle ½ cup browned and crumbled ground sausage over the pepperoni.
Top with the remaining 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the tops of the rolls back on the sandwiches.
In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup melted butter, 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlic salt, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the rolls with a silicone pastry brush.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.
Allow to cool slightly and serve. They will not last long!
