Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
Wrap each of the 4 chicken breasts with 3–4 slices of bacon (using 1 pound bacon total), tucking the bacon underneath the chicken to help hold it in place.
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder until combined.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and use a brush or spoon to spread it evenly over the bacon.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the bacon is cooked.
