Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts that have been filleted or sliced into chicken tenders.
Brown both sides of the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes per side, and season with salt and pepper to taste while it cooks.
In a small bowl, stir together ¼ cup brown sugar and ½ cup water until well combined.
Add the brown sugar mixture to the pan and bring to a boil.
Then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Flipping the chicken regularly.
Then let the chicken and sauce sit for approximately 5 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken. Serve with your favorite sides.
