Ingredients

Pre-made Pie Crust

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place 1 pre-made 9-inch pie crust into a pie pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 brownie mix (23 oz), ½ cup water, and 1 large egg. Stir until the batter is smooth.
Fold ¾ cup chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
Pour the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pie crust.
Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the brownie filling is set in the center.
Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
Slice and serve warm. If desired, top with ice cream and chocolate syrup before serving.
