Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in the butterscotch chips.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy.
