Instructions
Place 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 cup ricotta cheese, and 1 cup powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl.
Beat the mixture with a hand mixer or stand mixer for 3–5 minutes until smooth and well combined.
Add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and continue mixing for 1–2 minutes until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in 1 cup miniature chocolate chips.
Serve immediately with broken waffle cones or graham crackers if desired and enjoy!
