Ingredients
30ozFrozen Shredded Hashbrowns
1cancream of chicken soup(10.5 oz)
1cupmilk
½onion chopped
2cupscheddar cheese shredded
8ozSour Cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 pan.
Break up 30 oz frozen hash browns in the bag.
In a bowl, mix ½ chopped onion, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup milk, 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup, and 8 oz sour cream.
Stir in the hash browns until coated.
Pour into the pan and top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until cheese is lightly browned.

This casserole can be assembled before hand, covered and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Then bake according to the recipe. *Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.
