Prepare 1 bag of frozen tator tots (16 oz) based on the package instructions for 4 people and set aside.
Prepare 16 Chick-Fil-A chicken nuggets based on the recipe instructions and set aside.
In a medium size bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, ¼ cup milk and ¼ teaspoon salt until pale and frothy. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and scramble the eggs in the pan over medium high heat.
Slice the 16 chicken nuggets into ½-inch strips and heat 4 flour tortillas (10 inch) in the microwave for 30 seconds so that they are pliable.
Evenly divide the scrambled eggs, chicken, tator tots, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese and ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese onto each of the 4 tortillas.
Fold over the tortillas and serve with salsa if you prefer and enjoy!
Notes
We love using the recipe for homemade Chick-Fil-A nuggets for this recipe but you can use store bought chicken nuggets to save time as well. These burritos are best served fresh but you can refrigerate the ingredients in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Assemble the burritos when you are ready to enjoy them!
