Chick-Fil-A Breakfast Burrito Recipe:

We love Chick-Fil-a’s Breakfast Burrito Recipe. We love that chicken nuggets and tator are added to their breakfast burrito. This hash brown scramble burrito is loaded with flavor and easy to make. It is one of our favorite breakfast items.

We love to top the our breakfast burrito with a salsa especially a jalapeño salsa. The hash browns, scrambled eggs, and tator tots are wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

We love this copycat recipe for breakfast and for dinner. My family loves them and they can top these burritos with a variety of items.

Ingredients needed - flour tortillas, chicken nuggets, large eggs, milk, salt, cheese, tator tots

Ingredients:

  • Flour Tortillas (10 inch)
  • Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets
  • Large Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Frozen Tator Tots (16 oz)

How to Make Chick-Fil-A Breakfast Burrito:

  • Prepare the tator tots based on the package instructions for 4 people and set aside.
  • Prepare the chicken nuggets based on the recipe instructions and set aside.
  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and salt until pale and frothy. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and scramble the eggs in the pan over medium high heat.

  • Slice the chicken nuggets into ½ inch strips and heat the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds so that they are pliable.
  • Then evenly divide the scrambled eggs, chicken, tator tots and shredded cheeses onto each of the tortillas.
Putting the breakfast burrito together
  • Fold over the tortillas and serve with salsa if you prefer and enjoy.

  • Frozen Chicken – We love using the recipe for homemade Chick-Fil-A nuggets. But you can use store bought chicken nuggets to save time as well.
  • Use Egg Whites – You can use egg whites instead of whole eggs to make this recipe.

These burritos are best served fresh but you can refrigerate the ingredients in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Assemble the burritos when you are ready to enjoy them!
