Chicken Noodle Casserole - Easy, Creamy, Family Favorite!
This Chicken Noodle Casserole is a creamy, comforting dish made with tender noodles, shredded chicken, and a cheesy, golden brown topping. A simple, family-friendly weeknight dinner everyone will love!
2cupsfrozen peas and carrots or frozen mixed vegetables
1teaspoonminced garlic

2tablespoonschopped parsley to top
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
Cook 12 ounces uncooked egg noodles according to the package directions, then drain.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles with 3 cups chopped cooked chicken, 2 cans (10 ounces each) cream of chicken soup, 1 cup milk, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups frozen peas and carrots (or frozen mixed vegetables), 1 teaspoon minced garlic, and ½ teaspoon pepper, and stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared 9x13-inch pan, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, and serve.
