We have the best chicken salad recipe and it is simple to make! This is so creamy and delicious. Serve it over lettuce or on croissants for a great meal.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together 3 cups cooked chopped chicken, ¾ cup mayonnaise, 1 chopped celery stalk, 2 diced green onions, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and 2 teaspoons fresh dill until well combined.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
Place 1 romaine lettuce leaf on each of the 6 croissants and top evenly with the chicken salad mixture.
Serve cold and enjoy!

Refrigerate any leftover chicken salad in an an air tight container and it should last for up to 3-5 days.
