Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe

Ingredients

dry long grain rice

water

tablespoon
garlic salt

lime
½
cup
cilantro
(chopped)
Instructions
Add dry long grain rice, water, and garlic salt to a saucepan.
Once you have a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until most of the water is absorbed.
Remove from heat. Fluff the rice with a fork.
Stir in the juice from 1 lime and ½ cup chopped cilantro.
Add lid and let sit for 5 minutes.
