On a large rectangular platter, begin arranging the broccoli florets in a triangular Christmas tree shape. Start with a wide base and gradually narrow as you move upward.
Scatter cherry tomatoes throughout the broccoli to resemble ornaments on the tree.
Use the yellow bell pepper strips to create a garland effect, draping them diagonally across the broccoli tree.
Place carrot rounds sporadically on the tree to add more color, resembling additional ornaments.
Fill in any gaps with snap peas and cauliflower florets to give the tree a fuller appearance.
Arrange cucumber slices around the base of the tree to create a tree skirt effect.
Place a slice of star fruit at the top of the tree as the star topper.
Serve with ranch dressing or your preferred dip in a small bowl next to the tree.
Notes
If you can’t find star fruit, a yellow bell pepper or a slice of pineapple cut into a star shape also works well as a topper.
