Ingredients

Heavy Whipping Cream

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups chilled heavy whipping cream and 2 tsp vanilla extract.
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Place 3 ripe bananas in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
In a separate large bowl, stir together 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk and the pureed bananas until well combined.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture until fully incorporated.
Fold in 1 cup chopped walnuts and ¾ cup dark chocolate chunks.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and spread evenly.
Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Scoop, serve, and enjoy.
Store covered in the freezer for up to 1 month.

I place my mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before whipping the cream to help whip it quicker.
