Ingredients

cans of cinnamon rolls

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Open 2 cans (12 oz each) of cinnamon rolls and cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces. Reserve the icing packets.
Separate the cinnamon roll pieces and place them loosely in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, ½ cup milk, 3 tablespoons syrup, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until fully combined.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cut cinnamon rolls.
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through the center.
Microwave the reserved icing packets for 3–4 seconds until softened, then drizzle over the casserole.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store the leftovers in an air tight container at room temperature for up to 5 days and microwave for 10-15 seconds before enjoying.
