In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Rub 2 tablespoons vegetable oil evenly over 4 shucked ears of corn. Season the corn with half of the seasoning mixture. Wrap each ear of corn with 3 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping the bacon as you wrap.
Place each bacon-wrapped ear of corn on a separate piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning mixture over the bacon. Drizzle ¼ cup honey evenly over the bacon, then use a basting brush to spread the honey over the bacon.
Wrap the foil tightly around each ear of corn and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning the corn halfway through the cooking time, until the bacon is crispy and the corn is tender.
Let the corn cool for a few minutes. Carefully unwrap the foil and serve warm.

Notes
You can use maple syrup instead of honey in this recipe if you prefer. This corn is best served fresh when the bacon is crispy but you can refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. The bacon will get softer when it's stored.
