Ingredients

1 box fudge brownies
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Colored Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
Bake for 20 minutes or as directed on the package. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
Heat the heavy whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Pour the chocolate topping over the cooled brownies and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Immediately sprinkle the colored chocolate chips over the top.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing and serving.
