Ingredients

1 box fudge brownies
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Colored Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Prepare 1 box fudge brownies according to the package directions.
Bake the brownies for 20 minutes or according to the package instructions, then remove them from the oven and allow them to cool completely on the counter.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat ½ cup heavy whipping cream until warm but not boiling.
Add 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips to the warm cream and stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the chocolate fudge topping evenly over the cooled brownies and spread it smoothly with a spatula.
Sprinkle colored chocolate chips evenly over the top of the brownies.
Refrigerate the brownies for 1 hour before slicing and serving.
