Ingredients

Fettuccine Pasta
For the Sauce:

cups
Cottage Cheese
1 ½
cup
Milk

cloves
minced garlic
or 2 teaspoon minced garlic
½
cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese

teaspoon
Arrowroot Powder
or cornstarch

teaspoon
Salt

teaspoon
Black Pepper
Instructions
Cook the pasta based on the package to al dente. Drain and set aside.
Put all the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and combined.
Pour the sauce into a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
Cook for just a few minutes and then toss the cooked pasta into the sauce.
The pasta will soak up quite a bit of sauce. Cook for a few minutes and then add more milk if needed.
Serve as is and enjoy!
