In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour mixture from the blender onto the parchment paper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the flatbread is golden brown.
Allow the flatbread to cool for 5 minutes.
Then the flatbread is ready to use for pizza or your favorite wrap and enjoy!

I love making this flatbread with Italian seasoning but you can easily switch these seasoning on for your favorite to change up the flavor of this flatbread. This flatbread will keep for up to 5 days refrigerated.
