Brown 1 pound spicy ground sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the sausage as it cooks. Drain off the excess grease.
Add the browned ground sausage, 2 packages cream cheese, 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup frozen corn, and 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles to a crock pot.
Cook on low for 1-2 hours until the cheese is melted and all the ingredients are combined.
Serve with chips and enjoy!
