2tspGround Cinnamon
¼tspGround Cloves
2Orangesjuiced
Orange Zest from 2 Oranges

1Sweet Applepeeled, cored and diced (Honeycrisp, Fuji or Gala)
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine 4 cups fresh or thawed frozen cranberries, 1 cup dried cranberries, ½ cup granulated sugar, ¾ cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground cloves, the juice from 2 oranges, the zest from 2 oranges, 1 cup water, and 1 peeled, cored, and diced sweet apple.
Then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered on low heat for 30 minutes until the cranberries start to pop.
Then uncover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chutney starts to thicken.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Refrigerate the chutney overnight for the flavors to combine fully. Then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
