Instructions
Wash 6 russet baking potatoes thoroughly and let them dry.
Use a fork to poke each potato a few times.
Rub each potato with approximately ½ teaspoon olive oil (3 teaspoons total), then sprinkle evenly with approximately ¼ teaspoon salt per potato (1 ½ teaspoons total).
Wrap each potato in foil if desired (optional).
Place the prepared potatoes in the crockpot with no added liquid.
Cover and cook on low for 8–10 hours or on high for 4–5 hours, until the potatoes are soft.
Carefully remove the potatoes, cut them open, and serve with your favorite toppings.

Pro tip: I just put a little olive oil in my palm and go to town on each potato. It doesn’t take much.The cooking time will vary based on the size of the potatoes. If you make multiple size potatoes, you may need to remove the smaller ones before the large ones are done.
