Instructions
Brown 1.5 pounds ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease. Place the browned ground beef and ½ diced onion into the crockpot.
Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour in 16 oz tomato sauce, 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, and 4 cups beef broth. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-3.5 hours.
Stir in 16 oz uncooked egg noodles during the last 30 minutes of cooking on low (or 15 minutes on high).
Top with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve warm
