Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts
1
cup
salsa
1
tablespoon
taco Seasoning
(I like homemade recipe)
1
packet
ranch dressing seasoning mix
tortillas
(corn or flour, whichever you prefer)
Instructions
Place 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts into the crock pot.
Pour 1 cup salsa over the chicken. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon taco seasoning and 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix evenly on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred it using two forks or a hand mixer.
Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot and stir to coat in the sauce.
Serve the chicken in tortillas with your favorite taco toppings. Optional: squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos before serving.
Notes
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
