Instructions
Add 2 pounds fresh green beans (washed and trimmed), 1 pound quartered baby red potatoes, ½ sliced white onion, 6 slices cooked and diced bacon, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and 3 cups chicken broth to a crock pot.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or on Low for 5 to 7 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Using a slotted spoon, serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. You can use Yellow Gold Potatoes or New Potatoes instead of the Red potatoes in this recipe. Frozen green beans can be used instead of fresh.
