Ingredients

boneless chicken breast
(approximately 4-5 Chicken Breasts)

Barbecue Sauce

Can of Pineapple Chunks
(20 oz.)
Instructions
Place 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Pour 2 cups barbecue sauce over the chicken.
Add 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, including the juice, to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir well to coat it with the barbecue sauce and pineapple.
Serve immediately over cooked rice, if desired, and top with diced green onions. Enjoy!
