Ingredients

pkg frozen chicken meatballs

minced garlic

dried thyme

parmesan cheese

Instructions
Place 1 (24 oz) package frozen chicken meatballs, ¼ chopped onion, 3 large chopped carrots, 2 diced celery stalks, 3 tsp minced garlic, ½ tsp dried thyme, and 8 cups chicken broth into the crock pot.
Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
About 15–20 minutes before serving, stir in 1½ cups orzo pasta and 4 cups chopped spinach.
Cover and continue cooking until the orzo is tender and fully cooked.
Ladle the soup into bowls and top each serving with parmesan cheese, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
