Crock Pot Meatball Stew Recipe is hearty and delicious. Throw everything in the slow cooker and dinner is a breeze with this simple Crockpot Meatball Stew.
Add 1.5 pounds frozen meatballs, 1 chopped medium onion, 3 sliced celery ribs, 3 peeled and chopped carrots, 3 peeled and diced Russet potatoes, and 2 teaspoons minced garlic to the crock pot.
Stir in 1 can tomato paste, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and 32 ounces beef broth.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve warm and enjoy!

*I usually make this recipe with frozen meatballs but it can be made with homemade meatballs as well. *Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days.
