In a large bowl, stir together 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 ½ cups chicken broth, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon pepper, and 2 cups Minute® Instant rice.
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Add half of the above mixture in the slow cooker. Place 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
Spread the remaining rice mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle 1 ounce Lipton® onion soup mix evenly over the top.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3.5 hours. Do not peek during the cooking time!
Top with fresh parsely

You can use chicken tenders or boneless chicken thighs for this recipe instead of the breasts if you prefer.
