Pork Back Ribs

Barbecue Sauce {1 bottle }

can coke

Instructions
Cut 3 pounds pork back ribs to fit in the crock pot.
Place 3 pounds pork back ribs in the crock pot and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
In a bowl, combine 18 ounces barbecue sauce and 1 12-ounce can Coke. Mix well.
Reserve 1/2 cup, then pour remainder of sauce over ribs in Crockpot.
Cover Crockpot with lid and cook on low for 8 hours, or until done.
When ribs are done, remove from Crockpot and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
Brush on remaining 1/2 cup of sauce
Broil for 3-4 minutes until the sauce caramelized.
