The possibilities are endless with this Crock Pot Shredded Beef Recipe. The slow cooker does all the work and the results are tender and flavorful beef.
Place 1 3 lb roast in the crock pot. Pour 2 cups beef broth over the roast, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons steak seasoning on top. Add ½ cup butter, diced, over the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred the beef and stir it back into the ingredients in the crock pot.
Serve warm and enjoy!
