Ingredients

Chicken Breasts
approximately 3-4 chicken breasts

Instructions
Place 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker or crock pot.
Pour 1 cup chicken broth over the chicken.
Season with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper.
Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6–8 hours, or on high for 3–4 hours.
Once the chicken is fully cooked and tender, remove it from the crock pot.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot and stir it into the cooking juices.
Serve immediately or use in recipes such as tacos, enchiladas, casseroles, soups, sandwiches, salads, or meal prep containers.
