Ingredients

stew meat

red onion

Russet - peeled and diced

minced garlic

A1 steak sauce
(any brown steak sauce will do)

beef broth

steak seasoning

cornstarch

Instructions
Chop ½ red onion and peel and dice 4 russet potatoes into bite-sized chunks. Place them in the crock pot.
Add 2 lbs stew meat on top of the vegetables.
Season with 1 teaspoon minced garlic and 1 tablespoon steak seasoning.
Pour ½ cup A1 steak sauce and 2 cups beef broth over everything.
Stir to combine, then cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with ¼ cup water until smooth.
Stir this mixture into the crock pot during the last hour of cooking if on low, or the last 30 minutes if on high.
Remove and serve warm.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days.
